An exhibitor’s participation in the Symposium is not an endorsement by the ALSC of the exhibitor, its products or services, or information provided by the exhibitor. The ALSC makes no representations or warranties regarding any exhibitor or its products or services. An attendee’s decision to purchase and use an exhibitor’s product or service is at the attendee’s sole risk.

It is the responsibility of each attendee to exercise due diligence and evaluate an exhibitor’s products or services to determine whether the exportation, importation, licensing, or use of such products or services is consistent with the law and medical rules, standards, and ethics applicable to the attendee.

Exhibitor Rules and Proper Etiquette
Exhibitors are expected to maintain professional etiquette and extend proper courtesies. Inappropriate behaviors will not be condoned. Soliciting business in the lecture rooms is prohibited. Only registered exhibitors in the Exhibit area may solicit business. Handouts, flyers, or promotional items other than official Symposium handouts may not be distributed in the lecture rooms. The ALSC must approve the timing of any private ancillary meeting.

Event Management Rights & Limitation of Liability
Event Management reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse any exhibitor application, deny admission, revoke or reassign exhibit space, and/or expel exhibitor personnel at any time, including for misrepresentation, misleading marketing, or omission of material information in the application or onsite materials/conduct. If participation is refused, revoked, or terminated, Event Management may issue a full or partial refund—or no refund—at its sole discretion.

Cancelation Policy
The exhibitor and sponsorship contract submission deadline is May 4, 2027, at midnight. Refunds will incur a 50% processing fee. No refunds after May 6, 2027.
