ALSC Faculty

The ALSC proudly recognizes the Kumar Patel Laser Surgery Prize Recipients as ALSC Faculty Members. Additionally, current ALSC members who have:

1. Laser surgery in their scope of practice;
2. Successfully completed the Laser Institute of America’s Laser Safety Basic Knowledge Exam;
3. Successfully completed the ALSC’s Laser Surgery Basic Knowledge Exam; and
4. Taught ALSC CE courses (ADA, AGD, AVMA or AMA approved) with a combined 15 or more hours OR have published 4 or more case study articles or book chapters in the field of laser surgery or laser dentistry (each article or book chapter is recognized as equivalent to 4 hours of lecturing and vice versa).

ALSC members who meet the above requirements may be invited to apply to be a Faculty Member at the sole discretion of the ALSC.
