Dr. Julius Park Is Now a Fellow of the American Laser Study Club

We are delighted to recognize the achievements of Julius Park, DMD, who has earned the Fellow title from the American Laser Study Club (ALSC). This Fellow status is awarded to individuals who showcase a deep knowledge of laser surgery basics and safety measures, as confirmed by passing the ALSC and LIA (Laser Institute of America) tests. About Dr. Park

Dr. Park received his doctorate in dental medicine from the prestigious Harvard School of Dental Medicine. During his doctoral studies at Harvard, Dr. Park found that he especially enjoyed working to develop healthy smiles for children. Dr. Park chose to specialize as a pediatric dentist and completed a two-year Pediatric Dental Residency Program at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He has since taken many continuing education courses, including those in Basic Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Contemporary Sedation Techniques for Children, Pediatric Medical Emergencies, and Comprehensive Review of Pediatric Dentistry, sponsored by the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.

Dr. Park has worked his entire life to promote the health of children starting as an American Red Cross volunteer and traveling to South America to vaccinate children in Paraguay. While attending college, Dr. Park traveled to Ghana, Africa, to help build a dormitory for a school for deaf children. After earning his bachelor’s degree in Biophysics from the University of California at Berkeley, Dr. Park received the prestigious William J. Fulbright scholarship and spent one year teaching at an all-boys high school in South Korea.
